Smoking Causes Wrinkles -Everywhere

This is not about how to quit smoking or what will happen is you don’t, you already know that.  Smoking causes wrinkles.  If you don’t want wrinkles than your know what you must do about smoking.  This is about getting rid of wrinkles and how you will and should look once you stop the smoke.

Starting to Smoke – Why?

Smoking usually starts when we are young for many or no good reasons.  The people we hang with, the influence environment we came from, the weather, not the weather, who knows, we started.

Smoking and Wrinkles

The reason smoking causes wrinkles is that it promotes what is called free radicals.  Simply put, these are cells or molecules in our body that go a little crazy and start bumping into other cells.  This causes a turmoil or damage to the body; then come the wrinkles.  Antioxidants fight free radicals.  If the right antioxidants in the proper amount are in the skin care product, then the result should be less wrinkles and or the reduction of wrinkles.

How to Fight Wrinkles

Stop smokiing will definitely help.  But that is your decision.  But if you keep smoking, you will get to keep your wrinkles and they will get deeper and plentiful.

OK you”ll quit.  Now comes the antioxidants in to the picture.  The best place to get these antioxidants is from natural sources: plant oils, waxes and extracts.
Ingredients like Babassu palm wax, avocado oil, Maracuja passion fruit extract, macadamia oil and active Manuka honey.  Also a new, almost miraculous ingredient called Cynergy TK.

New Ingredient that Works Great

Cynergy TK fights free radicals but it also fights what smoking produces.  This is not to say that if you use this Cynergy TK you can still smoke.
Cynergy TK helps repair the damage smoking causes.  Your skin needs firmness and elasticity.  Cynergy TK helps that to happen.

Cynergy TK causes the acceleration of the making of more collagen and elastin; firmness and elasticity. The skin will become smoother and firmer because Cynergy encourages the body to make more collagen and elastin.

Another ingredient to look for is called Phytessence Wakame.  It is derived from sea kelp primarily from the Sea of Japan.  Wakame helps your hyaluronic acid to increase which helps make healthier skin.

Remember This and Do It for Your Skin’s Sake

If you eliminate smoking your complexion and health will improve.  But the damage is done already from past smoking.  Here is what I suggest you do.

Two things

1. Use a good supplement such as fish oil. It will help the skin and your body.

2.  Use a skin care product with the above ingredients.  I do and I will show you where you can get the fish oil and the skin care product.
